Vendor-selection Method Based on Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation

In order to correctly select and evaluate vendor, the authors found a set of vendor selection index system. The authors introduce the thoughts and methods of fuzzy synthetic evaluation into vendor selection and found a fuzzy synthetic evaluation model for it. Through this method those uncertainties and fuzzy factors can be quantified, which makes it easier for us to select vendor. This method can overcome the defects and difficulties in the traditional methods.
