Establishing the Index System to Evaluate the Contribution of Science and Technology
The article discusses the principles of establishing the science and technology development contribution index system. Analyzing the advantages and the disadvantages of the model will be used. We design the framework of science and technology development contribution index system, and establish foundation for actual data analysis.
