Powder Feeder for Laser Quick Micro-Making and Its Characteristics

The powder feeder for laser quick micro-making is studied and the key questions of quick micro-making are discussed, and the conclusion that the characteristics of feeder's delivery crucially affect the micro-making quality is obtained. The several typical feeding methods are introduced by using six different feeders. At last these feeder's principles, characteristics and different applications are compared in the same table, which provides the theoretical guidance for new feeders design.
