Implement the Real-time Detection of Serial Ports in Windows Environment
To meet practical need, it is discussed for the way to implement the real time detection of serial ports. And the data transfer is accomplished through the serial ports between database and peripherals, in Windows enviroment. Paractical application show that this system is of high efficiency, high precision, and works well as we expected.
