Studies Upon Sci-tech Cooperation and Compensation Between China and Russian
Based on the scientific analysis into the powers and position of science and technology in Russian and set-tech cooperation between China and Russian,this paper presents some strategies and proposals to further strengthen Sino-Russian cooperation in science and technology.
