Three-Dimension Model of Corporate Lifecycle

Three representative corporate lifecycle models are introduced and evaluated. Based on the three models, a new three-dimension model of corporate lifecycle is built up. The authors indicate that controllability, agility and corporale size axe the three key factors of constituting the model of corporate lifecycle, and explore the quantification of corporate age and corporate developing mode in ThCL model. The corporate developing mode shows that aging and dying is not the innevitable destiny.
