The Parameters Extraction from Binary Images Blurred by Motion

The mechanism of motion blurs is analysed. The spectral features of images blurred by motion are deduced from the hypothesis that the images are linear. Meanwhile, according to the characteristics of binary images blurred by motion, a projection extreme-value method is presented, by which the two motion parameters, the direction and the size, are obtained. Finally, a proposal to improve the accuracy of detection is put forward.
