The paper preserts a real computer assistant management system of scientific sesearch projects for govesment commisson of science and technologe in provincial or municipal level. The system is developed with dBASE Ⅲ manily and C programming language auxilarily. Besides the functions such as locating, counting. etc. general management systems have, it has the functions in graphic analysis also. The paper is introducing the functions of graphic analytic model and discussing the methods and skills of communication between the two languages the system used in detail.
