Big-Section Subway Tunnel Construction Cause Settlement and Deformation Under the Grouting Reinforce Unsaturated Soil

  • On the basis of Beijing subway line 10 from Huayuandonglu station to Badaling highway station 3-3 section engineering construction,by sampling at field,interior shearing,and triaxial tests,the microstructure and mechanical property of soil before and after grouting reinforcement are studied and contrasted.The unsaturated soil grouting reinforce mechanism is discussed and its related data are used to calculate the model parameters.With previous research findings and exploration research data at the field,using limited difference software FLAC3D,the numercial analysis model is established for reflecting actual formation distribution.The tunnel surrounding rock stress and vertical displacement in grouting or without grouting construction conditions are analyzed and the data are used to compare with the actual monitoring data.Results of the model can be used in further construction.
