Review on Separation of Citric Acid from Fermentation Broth
A review on the main separation method of citric acid from fermentation broth is conducted based on the citation of 36 literatures, which mainly introduces the principle, research and application of extraction, ionic exchange and adsorption, electrodialysis and microporous membrane separation.
