Based on the analysis of the control mechanism of the CSCW system, a distributed control paradigm is proposed, coupled with the CWAgent prototype system. The DB-based collective cooperation is implemented and the cooperative behavior is described based on the Petri Net approach. At last an application example is given in this paper.
