Growth and Spectral Characteristics of Fe:LiNbO3 Crystal
Fe:LiNbO3 crystals, with different concentration impurity, were grown from melt by Czochraski method. The doped crystals were treated by oxidization in air. The measurements of the absorption spectrum show that the spectral characteristics of the crystals are related to the iron impurity concentration and the condition of oxidation.
