    Review of Food Safety and Risk Assessment for High Profile Events Based on Artificial Intelligence Technology

    • With the increase in China's international status, high profile events have been held more and more frequently. High profile events are characterized by a large number of people, high political standards, and wide public attention, which determines that the food safety protection is different from traditional food supervision. In order to better serve AI technology for food safety and security of high profile events, several perspectives were analyzed in this paper. First, the development history of traditional supervision industry in food safety were reviewed briefly. Second, the existing food safety and security technologies, including computer vision, internet of things and other AI technologies were summarized. Finally, the current state of application of existing crime prevention and risk assessment technologies was analyzed based on the characteristics of high profile events. Prospects and difficulties in the development of risk assessment techniques of food safety for high profile events were discussed.
