    Modeling Method and Application of Multi Dimensional Spatio-temporal for Complex Intelligent Manufacturing

    • A multi dimensional spatio-temporal modeling method and basic modeling elements were proposed in this paper to solve the integrated modeling for complex intelligent manufacturing processes, technologies and system problems, including coordinate matrix, adjoint matrix, adjoint relation, with the index, extension matrix, shadow matrix, attribute matrix, N matrix, association rule, and association parameters. On the basis of the conversion rules, intelligent manufacturing cluster and abstract process and structure of classes and objects were proposed for intelligent manufacturing intelligent concrete process and manufacturing data structure optimization, intelligent manufacturing information lossless and lossy compression, intelligent manufacturing, intelligent manufacturing data cleaning reverse and reverse engineering. Furthermore, a logical and spatial structure modeling method of intelligent manufacturig with spatio-temporal coupling and spatio-temporal feedback complex structure of hardware and software, process and structural contradictions, contradictions with fuzzy process and die integrated modeling method of paste structure was proposed with time constraints and complex time series data and process management. Logic modeling and spatial structure modeling examples were carried out for manufacturing materials, manufacturing processes with multiple components, multiple modules, manufacturing devices, a variety of complex components and large-scale software. Finally, multi dimensional spatio-temporal modeling method for complex intelligent manufacturing was proved to be effective, practical and functional through the actual integrated modeling and reverse of the concept of the Assa Abloy intelligent lock and key.
