    Operational Safety and Reliability Assessment of High Speed Train With Intuitionistic Fuzzy Set and VIKOR Method

    • In order to ensure the safety and reliability of high speed train, it is of great necessity to study the operational safety and reliability assessment analysis of high speed train. A multiplex network model and comprehensive risk index were proposed based on the complex electromechanical systems with multi-components. An operational safety and reliability assessment system combined with people, environment, infrastructure and internal risk of the train was established. As for the processing uncertainty, intuitionistic fuzzy set and VIKOR method was proposed and applied to a specific high speed train bogie system. The result shows that Frame Assembly has the highest risk, which verifies that the method is feasible and applicable.
