    Accelerated Degradation Test Method for Accuracy Stability of Precision Ball Screws

    • To study the accuracy stability of the ball screws and predict the accuracy life of the ball screw quickly, an accelerated degradation test method for accuracy stability of the precision ball screw was established in this paper. The simulation of accelerated degradation test of the ball screw was carried out by using the wear physical simulation model. Rapid prediction of the accuracy life of ball screws was realized. It provides a theoretical basis of accelerated degradation test for accuracy stability of the precision ball screw.
