Model and Algorithm of Adaptation Analysis Between Transportation Resources and Transportation Development Scale

To reasonably determine the transportation development scale, the turn capacity of key intersections was analyzed. Then the transportation network based on the super node was constructed. A mathematic model of adaptation analysis between the transportation resources and transportation development scale was established by considering the factors of bus resource and the bus priority development strategy, and an immune clone algorithm based on feedback strategy was used to verify the model. The result shows that the model and the algorithm are of good applicability, which provides reference for decision-making to the traffic planning department.
