Abstract
The common methods of detection deoxynivalenol ( DON ) are limited to time-consuming or lower sensitivity. The carboxyl modification of core/shell structure up-converting nanoparticles was produced and conjugated to anti-DON antibodies, and then applied in lateral flow strip to detection DON. The detection of limitation in cornmeal was 0.7 ng/mL. The 50% of inhibit concentration was 9 ng/mL. The detection range was from 0.7 to 50 ng/mL and the recovery rates were from 90% to 156 %. The study has developed method for detecting DON rapidly and sensitively based on up-converting immunochromatographic technology, which can also provided reference to the detection of veterinary residues.
