Performance Research of Modified Asphalt Mixture of Warm Mix by Coal Liquefaction Heavy Products

In order to solve the problem of low economic efficiency and serious pollution when the coal liquefaction heavy product is used for boiler combustion,according to the similar characteristics of coal liquefaction heavy products and asphalt composition,the performance of coal liquefaction heavy products modified asphalt and the mixture were studied in this paper. The performance of the modified asphalt was tested by changing the preparation parameters, the influence factors on the performance of coal liquefaction heavy products modified asphalt such as preparation process,preparation temperature,and coal liquefaction heavy products content were studied. Then the high temperature stability, low temperature crack resistance and water stability of the performance of coal liquefaction heavy products modified asphalt mixture were tested. The results show that the modified asphalt by mechanical shear of3 000 r / min shear rate,shear time 30 min,temperature 120 ℃,coal liquefaction heavy products∶ asphalt =7∶ 93,mixing temperature is 125 ℃,the performance of AC-20 mixture can meet the JTG F40-2004“Specification for construction of highway asphalt pavement”in the relevant requirements,and compared with asphalt mixture and warm asphalt mixture,it has low energy consumption and low cost benefits.
