Analysis of Factors Influencing Inking Process of Offset Printing Machine

The performance of inking part of an offset printing machine has an important impact on the quality of printing product because its function is to transfer ink onto the substrate.In this paper,the finite element simulation software Ansys Workbench is used to simulate the inking process,and the influence of the pressure between the inking roller and the plate and the printing speed on the inking process is analyzed when the dot percentage is 100%.Resultsshow that the inking ratio of the first two inking rollers has an increasing trend,however,the inking ratio of the other two inking rollers has an opposite trend along with increasing pressure between the inking roller and the plate.With the increase of the printing velocity,the inking ratio of the first inking rollers has a decreasing trend and inking ratio of the other three inking rollers has an opposite trend.
