Simulation of Active Vibration Control System on MATLAB/Simulink

  • 摘要: 针对干扰力作用下的隔振系统,在振动控制过程中,根据检测到的振动信号,用Simulink软件包对隔振系统建立数学模型并进行系统性能仿真。对其仿真结果在时域和频域方面进行了分析,然后应用一定的控制策略经过实时计算,通过驱动作动器对控制目标施加一定的影响,达到抑制或消除振动的目的。经过分析比较,验证了最优控制的正确性及有效性。借助于MATLAB的控制箱及其有关命令,使设计与仿真的过程变得十分简单。
    Abstract: Aiming at the isolation system under interference actions, during the vibration control process, according to the examined vibration signals, the software package of Simulink was used to establish a mathematics model to the isolation system and to carry out simulation to the functions of the system, and to analyze the simulation result in both time area and frequency area. Then, by applying a certain control strategy and realtime calculation, driving the displacement actuator to apply certain influence to the control target, to attain the objective of restraining or eliminating vibration. Through analysis and comparison, the accuracy and effectiveness of the optimum control was verified. With the help of the MATLAB of the control cabinet and its instructions, the design and imitation process became very simple.
