Calculation Method of Fault Gear Meshing Stiffness

  • 摘要: 为了有效、准确地计算含故障齿轮的时变啮合刚度,提出了一种基于传统能量法的改进方法,结合改进能量法和有限元法的各自优点,即应用改进能量法快速计算故障齿轮无故障轮齿的啮合刚度,利用有限元法精确地计算故障轮齿有故障部位的啮合刚度.仿真示例结果表明:与能量法和有限元法相比,该方法能快速、准确地仿真故障齿轮的时变啮合刚度并且适用于齿轮系统振动响应的计算.
    Abstract: To calculate the time-varying mesh-stiffness of fault gear effectively and accurately,the improved energy method based on the traditional energy method was proposed.The method combined advantages of both the improved energy method and the finite element method i.e.conducting fast calculation of meshing stiffness of normal teeth of fault gear by improved energy method while computing meshing stiffness of fault teeth by finite element method.Simulation results prove that comparing with traditional energy method and finite element method,the method can calculate the time-varying mesh-stiffness of fault gear fast and accurately.
