Study on the Evaluation of Harmonious Development Between Social Economic Growth and Highway Building

摘要: 分析了公路建设和社会经济及两者协调发展的评价指标;结合数据包络分析(DEA)方法与层次分析(AHP)方法的特点,建立了带有AHP约束锥的公路建设与社会经济协调性评价模型(DEAHP),提出了协调度的概念,同时还给出了公路建设与社会经济协调性测度的公式.为公路建设和社会经济协调发展的评价问题提供了一种新的方法.

Abstract: This paper analyzes the evaluation index of the harmonious development between social economic growth and highway building, and sets up an DEAHP model with the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) restraint based on the characteristic of data envelopment analysis (DEA) and AHP methods to evaluate the harmonious development process, and proposes a new concept, named harmony degree, and the series of formulas to measure the harmonious development between social economic growth and highway building. This study put forward a new method to evaluate the harmonious development between social economic growth and highway building. It is meaningful to guide the construction planning of region highway network.
