    • 摘要: 综合评述了国内外基于电流变材料的智能机械结构的研究的进展与应用.内容包括电流变材料性能、电流变效应理论研究及电流变材料在动力传动装置中、在阀控液压伺服驱动系统中、在机器人技术中、在振动控制中和在机械制造加工系统中应用的进展.

       

      Abstract: The electrorheological (ER) fluid is a kind of intelligent materials with versatile abilities. Material properties of ER fluids are dependent on the applied electrical field and can be directly controlled by computer. ER fluids-based intelligent structures can respond to the control signal swiftly and steadily, and the control method is simple and direct. This paper presents an application-oriented review of ER fluid-based intelligent structures. The application researches covered in this review paper are in the fields of traversing mechanism, actuator, field-controlled hydraulic servo system, robotic technology, vibration control and manufacturing automation.
