Vendor-selection Method Based on Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation

  • 摘要: 为了准确地选择评价供应商,建立了供应商选择评价的指标体系,将模糊综合评判的思想和方法运用到供应商的选择当中,建立了供应商选择评价的模糊综合评判模型,通过该方法可以将那些定性因素、模糊因素进行定量化,使得供应商的选择变得更加容易把握.该方法能够解决传统供应商选择方法的不足和困难.
    Abstract: In order to correctly select and evaluate vendor, the authors found a set of vendor selection index system. The authors introduce the thoughts and methods of fuzzy synthetic evaluation into vendor selection and found a fuzzy synthetic evaluation model for it. Through this method those uncertainties and fuzzy factors can be quantified, which makes it easier for us to select vendor. This method can overcome the defects and difficulties in the traditional methods.
