Taiwan's Legal framework about Consumer Class Lawsuit System and Its Enlightenment

In modern consumer market,most of the litigations concerned due to the consumption's dispute are of the class lawsuits.According to the relative laws in Mainland of China,it appears obviously that the relative regulations regarding the consumer protection aren't enough.Under this circumstance,it is unable to protect the consumers' right.From this issue,the author explores Taiwan's legal framework about the consumer class lawsuit system and its' contents firstly;then analyses that the consumer class lawsuit system is a new system of the rights protection;and also expresses that this system is of significance for the consumers.It is conclusive that the system could be constructed for China's revelation.
