The Research on the Core Enterprise Effect in the Evolution Process of Strategic Networks

Facing the impact of the economic globalization,enterprises and institutions with common interests connect and compose strategic network for sustaining their own competitive advantages,acceptance of complementary resource and more information.It's important that the research of strategic networks and core enterprise can improve the enterprise self-advantage,promote the whole development of strategic networks,and make policies to cultivate core enterprise.Firstly,On the basis of self-organization theory,the paper defines the core enterprise based on its characteristics.Secondly,from macro level (organization theory) and micro level(self-organization theory),the paper analyses the meaning,the characteristics, the network structure and the evolution process of strategic network.At last,the paper explores the effect of leading firms in the evolution process of strategic network.
