The Research of the Resilience of the Disabled from the Perspective of the Social Work:Based on the Case Study of Fu Le Home in Xiamen

In order to improve and perfect the disabled social service,the article closely focuses on the resilience of the disabled and bases on the Fule Home in the siming district of Xiamen.By way of observation and interview,the researchers combines the research with the model of the EnvironmentIndividual relationship from Pro.Kumpfer.The study starts with the begining,the middle and the end of the resilience to probe into the Fule Home students' ability to resist adversity and analyse the problems and countermeasures in practice.Then in the light of the real phenomena in Fule Home,this paper advances several measures,including structuring support network for the resilience,cultivating social work with the disabled personnel and receiving diversity of the disabled.
