The existence of network externality changes, to some extent, the eternally immutable economic laws. In order to explore the market law of network age, this paper, from the five respects of scale economy of the demand side, network scale effect, consumer locking, competition between networks, compatibility and standardization of network products, thoroughly studies the effect of network externality on the behavior of factory owners.
