Abstract
Taking the students' research projects of Spark Fund established by a university in Beijing as an example, this paper explores the way and the practical application effect of the cultivating creative ability, and its role in personnel training. This paper argues that the extracurricular science and technology practice is an important means to cultivate the innovative spirit and ability of undergraduates, and a good role in promoting the university to cultivate the high quality talents.
