Cultural Security Under the Construction of a New Socialist Culture in Countryside

Since the strategy of building a new socialist countryside concept has been put forward,the rural cultural construction,especially the building of a culture of safety have been a notable enhancement, however, rural cultural security situation is not optimistic. This article analysed the factors from both at home and abroad affecting the rural culture construction and the cultural safety. To eliminate the impact of unfavorable factors, Changing the rural culture security situation, we must strengthen the building of rural culture from the both. macro sphere (National) and micro sphere (Village), build a safety barriers of culture in rural areas.
