Building the Chinese Management Model Based on Traditional Culture

Starting with the Chinese traditional culture revival,the author discusses the relationship between management and culture,and points out that the culture plays a basic role in the formation of management theory and management model.Then,the author analyzes the cultural difference of management thoughts between China and western countries, and reveals the essence of Chinese management thought On the basis of above discussion and analysis,the paper proposes a Chinese management model with Chinese characteristics.
