    On the Ethical Principle of Human Resource Management in Institutions of Higher Learning

    • The ethical principles in question include the principles of equality, publicity, justice, standardization, and motivation. The principle of equality means that every member is completely e-qual in enjoying basic or non-basic right as a human being. The principle of justice means that the system of making use of personnel should be equal and proper, and that all men are paid according to their competence and contribution. The principle of publicity refers to that policy, procedure and the result should be open to the public. The principle of standardization refers to the standardization of policy-making, organization and outcome evaluation. The principle of motivation means that the members should be motivated to achieve personality improvement and ethical value realization.
