Dream of Democracy and Its Actuality

The democratical actuality tells us that the actual democracy,no matter what the ancient Grecian Athenian democracy and the actual capitalistic representative democracy, never indeed achieves "the majority control".The autarchy who takes control of the publicly right and the decision attached to the publical power are the minority-the so called elites. To start with the empirical standpoint,we can draw a conclusion that the ideal democracy is a democratic form that the decision of the public issue is determined by the majorities of the people,meanwhile,the rights of the minorities are respected by the majority.In the coming of the ideal democracy,the new type democracy of socialism shall own its position.
