Study on the Profit Distribution Between Rural Credit Cooperatives and Strategic Partners

It's a strategic choice for the rural credit cooperatives to enhance competitiveness through establishing strategic partnership.After building the strategic cooperative partnership with strategic investors,upstream and downstream suppliers,the core problem needs to be solved is how to carry out the distribution of interests to safeguard the stability of cooperation and fairness of the distribution.This paper,first,considers the factors of the contribution of distribution,resource investment,capabilities and risk,and revises the Shapely model.And then,put forward a suitable profit distribution scheme for the rural credit cooperatives,which can not only promote the fairness of the distribution,but also achieves the implicit distribution of the performance.
