A Research on the Mechanism of Economic Globalization's Influence on the World Employment

This paper studies on the employment in the background of economic globalization, points out that economic globalization is affacting employmeut in an unprecedented way. The globalization implies directly the international division of labor, therefore under comparative advantage, the international trade, capital multinational, and the world industrial structure adjustment become a transmission system of economic globalization's influence on the labor employment.
