    Relation Analysis of Store Image and Its Influence Factors

    • The store image is one of the important factors influencing consumers to patronize. By market researching on five supermarkets and using the grey relation analysis, this paper has looked into the relation between the store image and its influence factors. The results show that the store service is the most important factors of influencing the store image.
