Consideration on the Construction of Income Redistribution Mechanism in Colleges and Universities Resulting From Differential Among Disciplines

The issue of income disparity among faculty members resulted from differential among disciplines is attracting more and more attention here and there during the implementation of post allowance system in colleges and universities.The paper proposes to establish an internal income redistribution mechanism within colleges and universities,so as to be able to coordinate the income disparity among different disciplines,and eventually to reduce the income disparity among disciplines by a“visible hand”.
