    • Since the entrance to WTO, China has been placed in an open world, which is sure to exert a tremendous influence on all family members and labor employment. It s significant for such a big country with great population as China to analyze the employment in opening economy. With the help of some relevant theories on international economics, the paper analyzes the positive influence on employment and the challenges China is facing in the process of globalization. What s more, it puts forward some strategies about the employment expansion.
