See Restorative Justice from the Perspective of Three-dimensional Space

The purpose of restorative justice is to restore ravage of the victims,appellee, community,and to restore the equality and harmony of social relationship and order.But restorative justice is exotic in China.Whether China will accept it and promote the localization of restorative justice is unknown.And it needs to be further studied.This article explains the basic theory of restorative justice from the perspective of three-dimensional space and analyses the challenges and problems of the localization of restorative justice by comparing restorative justice in three-dimensional space with retributive justice in two-dimensional space.
