Effects of Over-border Listing on Chinese Enterprises Development

With the rapid development of Chinese economics and globalization,more and more Chinese companies finance their funds by cross-border listing.The author analyzed the securities market distribution and industrial characteristics of Chinese over-border listing enterprises,then made an analyses of the effect of over-border listing on Chinese enterprise, such as,accelerating the process of internalization,improving corporate governance, enhancing international reputation and financing funds needed rapidiy.
