The Mould of High Quality Talents by Advanced Culture

In this study the change of the standard for people to evaluate qualified personnels is described according to set of functions. A model is introduced to study the interrelationship among knowledge, ability and quality. On the basis of discussion about the essence of culture, the true nature of advanced culture is revealed. After studying of the relationship between comprehensive quality and high quality tablents it can be concluded that our society should foster high quality talents by promotion of morality, challenge of hardship and exertion of practice. In brief the demonstration of this topic follows a logical process of "human quality-culture-human quality" which embodies the process of the negation of negation in a new dialectical motion.
