Strategy for Talents of the Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises With Commission-Agent Model
In this paper, a commission-agent model is set up to analyze the strategy of small and medium-sized enterprises for attracting talents. It points out that the should stress the importance of immateriality prompting use their advantage and avoid their inferior position in order to attract talents.
