    On Civil Rights From the Perspective of Kant's Right Philosophy

    • Kant criticized and transformed the traditional natural law through his transcendental philosophy,and further proposed the rationality and the validity of civil rights. This paper aims to explain Kant's thought of civil rights,through analyzing the issues raised and the revolution. And then,it reflects the civil rights based on the laws of reason and humanity which was established by the practice of pure reason.
