Analysis on the Nature of Enterprises from the View of Life Circle
On the basis of studying the previous enterprise theory, this paper proposes the viewpoints that an enterprise has dual character: character of production and transaction, and that an enterprise has its own life circle. From the view of theory, no enterprise can operate forever.
