    • ERP is a new management mode that is based on the thought of supply chain. Enterprise resources can be arranged as a whole by the mode. In practicing ERP the management idea and method will be changed. Every employee is no longer a member of isolated department but a knot of the supply chain network. This thesis discusses the training problems of enterprise employees and how to train them under the new management. It presents what we should pay attention to in order to ensure the training effect.
