Theory, Reality and Enlightenment of Financial Structure

Based on the realities of the market economy and financial structure, this paper attempts to reveal the laws of the development of financial structure with the help of modern economic theories and positive studies. It draws a conclusion that indirect financing by financial intermediaries will play such an important role in Chinese economic and financial development for a long time that more efforts should be made to establish a high efficient intermediary system.
