To See Enterprise Development from the Cultural Characteristic Aspect

Enterprise has a certain cultural characteristic in its different developing stages, which is the reflection of the problems in the development of the enterprise. This paper analyzed the cultural characteristic of the enterprise at the stages of growth and maturity respectively, and noted that some of the enterprise cultural characteristics did not meet the needs of the enterprise development, and accordingly, the enterprise can grasp the problems in its developing process from the cultural characteristics aspect, which will provide the basis for the determining the direction of the organization reconstruction and the program designing in order to implement the reorganization goals.
