The Dilemma of Integration of the Post-Unit Mixed Community

Recently,more attention have been given to the Mixed Community Model in the field of the integration of immigrations studies.However,there are so many difficulties in the integration in the mixed communities.Through on-the-spot observations and in-depth interviews,we have discovered that the integration showed the characteristics of the double reluctance and the sense of unwillingness.The key solution is to determine the management body and its responsibility,intensify the service and administration and enlarge the inter communication within communities.
