Indicators Selection and Evaluation on the Regional Administrative Efficiency

The function of government administration is associated with enterprise efficiency and the revitalization of the nation in a common cause and the government administrative efficiency is the important factor of national competitiveness.In this paper,on the one hand,the author analyzed the performance index of administrative efficiency and compared the index selection of administrative efficiency with the United States,Switzerland and China,on the other hand,based on the global research efficiency of government authority in IMD(International Institute for management development)involved in the government efficiency index,the index measurement is built by combining it with China's specific national conditions and relevant statistical data and from public service、public goods、government scale and residents' welfare,the local government administrative efficiency is measured within the time from 2000 to 2009.The results show that;the eastern area has strong advantages in the government efficiency and the bigger difference in their influencing factors exist.
